Terrace valuation
The valuation of the terrace is mostly done based on the materials sent electronically. On the website under the Wooden Planks / Composite Planks tab, the price per square meter of the terrace with installation on a prepared surface (concrete screed / concrete blocks or structural posts) is provided.
Below is a list of information necessary to prepare a detailed quote for constructing a terrace from exotic wood or composite planks:
- Photos of the terrace from three different angles, from each side of the terrace (if possible),
- Dimensions of all terrace edges,
- If there is a concrete slab, the height difference between the slab and the threshold of the terrace doors must be provided,
- If there is no concrete slab, the height difference between the ground and the threshold of the terrace doors must be provided,
- Location of stairs should be indicated, specifying their size and quantity,
- Indicate if a terrace railing will be installed,
- Provide the location of the terrace construction.
An offer is prepared based on the materials sent.
